How long will you listen to a dog bark before considering reporting it? Im not sure where the barking is coming from, but I have heard the same dog bark for the past two hours! Would you report it? I feel like maybe they got left out when the owner left, or what if there is something wrong with the owner that they cant get to the dog? Do you call the cops? Just curious! Thanks for the input in advance!
