One of the most successful though terrifying successful projects is the extermination on stray animals in Romania. Both Ponta as well as Oprescu support it. It has taken some years until they could re-instal the killing law which provides them Mayors with free access to national and local funds for the extermination of strays payed by taxpayers money.
