How many AVites ever went to the Indian Museum on Piute Butte?We lived out on 150th st east in the 60s,and used to hike all thru those foothills out there.Back then,they had the museum fenced off,and it was attached to a resort of some sort.The story or legend was that some kid had drowned in the pool,years before and there were suits going on concerning the property. Well I dont think the resort is there anymore,but the museum is.Ive only been once,a very long time ago,,,,but it was very cool.The place was made right into the rock of the foothill.You can still visit it,just check for days and time.
