How many carbs should you eat for fat loss? As many as you can while still losing fat! Restricting your carb intake too low can slow your metabolism, increase your stress hormones and decrease your muscle building/fat burning hormones. Pretty much the exact opposite of what most are after. This can be even more disruptive for women, whose hormone balance is more sensitive. Its pretty tempting to eat low carb or make your nutrition more restrictive, but well-planned moderation and balance, as unexciting as it sounds, is by far the most sustainable route to living lean, strong and vibrant.
