How many of us would be kicking the can down the road if we behaved this way towards a brand new customer from E-comm inbound and free to a limo svc in desperate need to catch a flight! But after you called, he called me @3:28 tho. He said he was eating lunch calling me back and said it usually takes a day or so to call back but...Im helping out here. Then he never read even my detailed email and even gave me the wrong pick up time. I said. like hey yea so Im good w the ride no prob. Sorry for the interruption. And hey enjoy your lunch So hilarious. Right? let me have a co like this to rely on to make a flight. This would be such a great yelp. Classic not caring about the person that fed him lunch in the first place. Smh #BrandFail
