How many of you have passed the Apalachin railroad station on Rt. 434? Its now a Subway sub shop, but since its open to the public I urge you to take a trip out to see it sometime, buy a sub and take in the early railroad ambiance of the building! Here, in an old photo, is the interior of the station before the Subway was built. The scale is still in/on the floor and they have made the inside rather nice.
