How many parents sit their kids down and tell them that theyre entitled to a womans attention if nothing else, I remember getting told by my mum that I should never force anything on anyone if they dont want it and ive stuck by it. At the same time though, if cultural ideology actually gives someone the ability to go and shoot innocents with little other than a blanket descriptor of what a slut looks like and the effect of being jilted at a young age then im shocked. I reckon there has to be a lot of contributing factors for someone to engage in this sort of reckless and violent behaviour, especially on this scale, premeditated and vicious. I sincerely hope this doesnt lead to an outburst of women tarring all men with the same brush however, not every man is a misogynist or a danger to women, but I can agree that the scale of such misogynistic tendencies is quite frightening.
