How not to dead lift. Back straight, sally down is correct. Me, trying to be superman and pull 5 lbs more than my max after being worn out from the day before, pulled both hamstrings and tore my lower back muscle at the disc. Around 14 seconds into the video that tension, pulling sound is the damage being done. Im option now is to wear a hoodie and become and overweight personal trainer. Sort of joking. 3 month healing time. Where have my gainz gone.
