How not to get shot by the police 1 dont break the law (this one should have been obvious) 2 if the police turn on the lights to pull you over. Pull over keep your hands on the wheel and instruct any and all passengers to keep still Be polite if you are exercising your 2nd amendment rights ( to keep and bare arms) let the police know right away I have a loaded/unloaded weapon I the car or on my person 3 if on foot and the police tell you to freeze stop moving and do as instructed if you have a weapon refer to #2 You may film the entire event and you may give or withhold permission to search your belongings you may keep quiet and only talk to your attorney if you feel the police have violated your rights file a complaint Do NOT run, fidget around or otherwise do things that would cause alarm to the police remember they are people just like you and I subjected to stress good and bad days and life if you find it to difficult to do this well YOU increased the chance of getting shot. Stop blaming race its called situational awareness Always remember #1 & THINK!
