How old are we? How old is the universe? How old is the sun? How old is the earth? How old is life on earth? How old is the human species? How old is “civilization”? No matter which of the above questions you ask, the relative age of the fossil fuel epoch, the automobile, the airplane, yes, the industrial revolution, is an infinitesimally small era by comparison. The fossil fuel age is almost over. We, as a species need to adapt to that reality and we need to Plan and begin Implementing those adjustments immediately, if not sooner.
