How ridiculous is it that a site that is supposedly dedicated to hacking news, and caters to hackers (to some degree) would have an easily defeatable anti-adblocking mechanism in place. It takes three seconds to disable it in any browser but IE, and face it, if youre using IE youre not a hacker. It is also trivial to write a small script to disable it on every page. At best, it is simply a minor annoyance for their intended audience, and wont result in them getting the ad revenue they want, because they made it a challenge to people that are more often not inclined to back down to challenges.
