With a slotted spoon, transfer the bacon to a few layers of Kitchen Paper to absorb the fat. Blot the top of the Bacon with a few layers of paper towels to absorb any redundant fat. Set aside. 2. In a large, Shallow bowl, combine the salted meat, lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, cheese, and Onions. Toss with just enough dressing to lightly & evenly coat the ingredients.
