How the work week was supposed to go: Top Gear Standby Sun-Wed. Pick up ambulance at 7:00am, be back to the station and clocking out by 7:00pm... What is actually happening: Got ambulance at 7:00. Arrive at location... Not Top Gear, some crummy low budget/non union/unorganized show. No Fire Safety Officer on location, so guess who got to figure out Helicopter landing zones and other safety contingency plans?Not released from the show till 7:00pm so clocked out at normal 8:00pm off time. Production manager wants us there at 6:00am the rest of the week which means a 5:00am start time and a 3:00-3:30am wake up time... Not happy! Hopefully my supervisor can straighten this mess out...
