If you purchased your audio class via the Hay House NOW App/iTunes, you’ll also need to include a copy of your iTunes receipt with your certification request. If you do not have a scanner, lots of people get a friend to let them use theirs, or they take photos of the signed copies with a high res smart phone or pad and then attach those to the email. You do not need to do anything with the words Print Copy on the agreement. Just disregard that.
