Ive had a couple of requests to program more benchmark/ Hero WODs. I try not to program them due to the heavy weights/ volume, but every once in a while is okay. If you are interested in my reasoning, dont hesitate to ask. Its good to be aware of the actual purpose of your workouts A couple of weeks ago, we did the Hero WOD, The Sevens. So, now I present to you Bulger. Enjoy ;) - S.S. Friday, May 16th A: Bulger 10 rounds of: -Run 150 meters -7 Chest to bar pull-ups -7 Front Squats (135/95#) -7 Handstand push-ups
