"How to boost your MOTIVATION" When you’re always feeling frustrated and overwhelmed, you may start to lose your motivation. You have to overcome this problem because your motivation is your source of energy to move forward and succeed in life. -Reward yourself every payday. You can buy new clothes, watch a movie or dine in a restaurant. Whenever you’re feeling unmotivated,think what reward you will give to yourself after you’ve successfully finished your tasks. -Escape from what you’re doing. Take a break. You can always go back after you’ve cleared your mind. -Try writing. It has therapeutic effect that can help build your motivation. Write about your goals and plans for the future or the positive outcome of finishing your obligations. You can also write about the possible reasons for your lack of motivation and how you can reverse it. -Learn to let go of past failures. Remind yourself that each day is a chance to do better.
