How to eat like a Sumo Wrestler: 1. Dont eat breakfast 2. Eat only 1-2 meals a day (Eat late in the day and have enormous meals. Helps slow the metabolism) 3. Drink beer, soda, etc. 4. Sleep after eating (calories stored as fat) 5. Eat out - studies show people eating in restaurants eat 40% more food & 30% more fat. Eat like this & youll have more rolls than the pillsbury dough boy! I did all these blunders 10 years ago.
