How to loose 35kg and stay on track. My journey starts a while - TopicsExpress

How to loose 35kg and stay on track. My journey starts a while ago, but like a lot of people I yoyo’d for a long long time. Gaining, loosing, gaining, loosing. Trying all the new diets as they came out. Always looking for the next best quick fix. It wasn’t until I saw a photo of myself at my son’s engagement party that I realized how bad I had got. I knew I was fat, I mean, I’m not stupid, I just didn’t realize how fat. I went out that night thinking I was looking pretty good. But you can judge. Not good hey! I had been to the Drs just weeks after this photo was taken because of an illness I had and the Dr told me I needed to go on a cholesterol free diet because of family history. And because of that photo, I did. The weight just fell off. I ate, fish, chicken, fruit and vegies. I lost 35kg in just 27 weeks. It took a few months, but I then felt like I was ready to exercise, so I walked, and the month later I started to jog. I kept my weight off for 6 months and then the house burned down and then it started to come back on. Not all of it, but I went up and down about 15kg for quite a while. After becoming a personal trainer and wanting to help others I still struggled, but then I discovered MP (metabolic precision). Mp has changed my whole way of thinking when it comes to health. Mp has really been putting me back on track to reach my goals. I have always wanted to be a super thin model, but now that I know more, I want to be a fitness model. And with all the transformations I have seen, I now know that it is possible for me. So, as hard as it was to get motivated again, I did. I ate correctly every meal, I exercised correctly every session, of which was no more than 3 hours a week in total. I did Resistance exercise and a very small amount of cardio. I didn’t think much was happening and the scales weren’t really moving and I was feeling very let down, by what I knew could transform me, I’d seen it before and thought why wasn’t it working for me. But I stuck it out to the end of the 12 weeks and had a dexa scan to show me exactly what my body had done over the last 12 weeks. I was very pleasantly surprized. I had lost 5.4kg of pure fat. Not water or muscle as you can do when losing weight, but pure fat. And I gained 3.4kg of muscle. Now that’s massive. It still wasn’t until I saw the photos that I realized exactly what had been happening. I lost 25cm from my tummy and chest and hips. And my stomach was lifting, getting rid of that saddle bag and my abbs were starting to form. I never thought that was going to be possible, so now I am on my second round of MP and things are going great. I will never give up again, this is the healthiest lifestyle anyone could be on. And now that I am a qualified transformation specialist I want to be able to help you reach your goals too. You can contact me on facebook/watchmeshrink or send me a message to see if you qualify.
