How to overcome feelings of : 1. Recognize your feelings such as anger, fear, grief, envy, anxious, happy and others in any situation. 2. Try to understand what is causing these feelings. 3. Watch what you do to others and your self when such feelings a rise. 4. Know your capabilities and limitations in dealing with the situation you have to be real. 5. Get to know the way you cope with feeling and problems, whether successful or not For example, dealing with anger. Ask your self : - why am i angry ? - to whom i am angry ? - what i usually do when angry ? - what can i do to overcome my anger ? 6. Learn a new way that can satisfy and meet your needs in coping with your feelings, without harming your self and others. 7. Plan a positive way to overcome this feeling of step-by-step. 8.
