How to stick with a workout program Are you struggling with sticking to your workout program? Are you getting frustrated before its time? Losing weight takes time---it took time to gain it. It will take a couple weeks to make it a routine---If your not seeing results in that time, thats okay. Everything thats good doesnt come by the snap of its fingers. Keep working---learn to eat better and that will really help with weight loss. Hook up with a workout partner that shares the same goals as you. Someone that will kick your butt and hold you accountable. Being Held accountable IS what is going to keep you on track. Learn to laugh instead dread your workouts---know that you are bettering your life and your families. Goals--set a short term goal for yourself and reach it. Hang up a favourite pair of pants where you can clearly see it---this is motivation. Dont lose faith so quickly-->work hard-->if your not seeing what you expect-->work harder-->change up what your doing-->it works-->it ALWAYS works!
