How wolves change the ecosystem in Yellowstone. Are we humans really as necessary as we might think? Are we really so superior as a species? Perhaps it is our extreme and possibly unmerited arrogance that seems to create more problems than it solves. Maybe life is already doing just fine without our interference. Maybe we could learn to once again simply be part of the eco-system, to harmonize with nature instead of always attempting to control it. Maybe we could learn to be more like a wolf or a humming bird. Maybe we could return to sanity. Would it be so different than returning to the Garden of Eden. According to the wolves, we never left.
