How you go to bed determines your dreams, your sleep, and your tomorrow. Imagine as you settle in, you are cocooned in safety and serenity. (I do this literally with pillows around my sides for effect). Next, breathe in deep and repeat - you have no worries for tonight. Really, what can you do while you sleep? You have no worries. You have a snug bed, and maybe a pillow fort like me. :) Lift your palms up with your arms relaxed, this automatically lowers your blood pressure. Uncross your limbs and imagine all the negative energy running out of you. Breathe in love, positive energy, and hope. Stay there for a bit. Now run the most beautiful movie in your mind. Imagine where youd like to be, who you would like to be with, the sights, the smells, the temperature, the soothing sounds. Drift there ... and have the most lovely dreams about how you will fill tomorrow with love, meaning, and joy. Sweet Dreams ♥ Nova
