Howdy folks, below is an e-mail I just recieved from one of our suppliers. As you may have seen in the news, Beef supply is very limited, for numerous reasons. We have been watching this closely for a couple of months and it is here NOW! We may have to be a bit creative while this settles in, and here at TMI you can rest assured we will NOT compromise on our quality standards. We will continue to be competitive with the other markets in the area.....look for alternative proteins to cover your meal ideas! we have several ideas to keep you Happy! Pork producers will most likely follow in a few weeks, along with poultry.........sooooo mabye a good idea to make some room in your freezers and have a small back-up......stop by to discuss anytime Thanks, Matt & Vicki Good Afternoon all.... Packers paying record level for live cattle Packers are not making money even at the high levels of box prices on all cuts Packers are allocating There is a ceiling, but who knows where it will be….
