Some university students even felt the job market should be a no-go zone for migrants. About 20 per cent said that they were against giving migrants equal work opportunities, even if they were qualified and in possession of a valid work permit. This way of thought is worrying - one has to understand the financial burden that migrants put on a society. But apart from the fact that migrants are humans with all their rights, when working migrants would be paying taxes therefore contributing to the local economy. This is one of the ways how the said burden can be lessened.
