Hows everyone getting on with their exercise regime and fitness goals? What classes have you tried? The many Les Mills programmes that we have on the timetable, or some of our freestyle classes, such as body conditioning or Aqua? Or maybe some yoga or Pilates? If classes arent your thing then maybe the gym is? We have the gym team around to offer help and advice about health, fitness and nutrition. But if you want more of a specialist programme to suit you, then a session with one of our personal trainers might be just the ticket! Our instructors and personal trainers are very passionate about what they teach and are here to help you reach your fitness goals! Whether its Les Mills, freestyle or gym we endeavour to give you the same level of service across the board!!
