Hows everyones evening? Went to see my husband tonight, we cant talk on the phone till the 3rd. He keeps telling me I look better and I dont see that when I look in the mirror, I know everythings getting out of his system, but people in there tell him the dumbest things and I dont know why he even entertains what they say, I just let his mom try to talk to him about it. A friend of mine made a Santa photo using a pic of my Dad, it was really great brought back so many memories that the tears just flooded out of my eyes, especially after I just had a dream about him walking through the door last night. Its been 14 years since I held his hand while he drew his last breath and its super hard for me everyday, mostly I try to block it out, because if I dont it consumes me, down a path I dont want to go again. A path of self destruction, self harm, and the only depression Ive ever had.
