Hugely impressed with Chris Sober! Just look at the grind on the 160kg! In 12 weeks hes gone from a 140kg to a 160kg 1RM! I used a 12 week progression which is now one of our saved templates, from Olympic style into a more Powerlifting style. We will go back to working on flexibility and technique now with Chris.
