Human Resources Administrator AngloGold Ashanti - South Africa A vacancy exists within the Corporate Human Resources Department for a Human Resources Administrator. QUALIFICATIONS: Relevant National Diploma EXPERIENCE: 2-4 years generalist HR administration experience A minimum of 2-3 years’ working experience with SAP HR ACCOUNTABILITIES: Recruitment & Selection: The role holder is accountable to complete staff request forms, posting internal adverts, arranging all interviews, compiling required documentation for interview panels and prepare offers as instructed. The role holder is also accountable for all communication with applicants and updating recruitment reports. This includes creating and maintaining data bases for applicants and adverts. Performance Management Admin: The role holder is accountable for capturing/tracking all Performance related information received. Employee Development: The role holder is accountable to capture all employee training requirements (as per IDP, ad hoc, etc.). The role holder is accountable for compiling training reports (training attended). Study Assistance Administration: The role holder is accountable to coordinate the completion and submission of all study Assistance documentation and to obtain approvals as per policy. The role holder communicates outcomes to staff and maintains an accurate filing system and data on HRIS. The role holder forwards relevant information to the payroll area. Employee Relations: The role holder is accountable to compile all required administration for internal hearings and external legal matters. Statutory Reporting: The role holder is accountable for the timeous preparation and submission (to relevant HR person) of required weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual statutory reports (i.e. Employment Equity, WSP, ATR, Vacancy Report, HR report, etc.) On-Boarding: The role holder is accountable to facilitate the induction of new engagements. Events Coordination: The role holder is accountable to coordinate/facilitate events/functions regarding awards, retirements, Employee Wellness etc. HR Information Systems Maintenance : The role holder is accountable to update and maintain Organisational structure/employee data to ensure accurate and up to date information. Staff Movements/separations: The role holder ensures correct processing of any staff movement/separation, including communication with employees, internal support functions and external service providers. Relocation Administration: The role holder is accountable for accommodation and travel arrangements for employees (and family) that are relocating and transfers, This includes sourcing the appropriate accommodation, flights, car hire, etc., as well as approval thereof and payment to service providers. Office Admin: The role holder is accountable for all filing, processing of invoices, data management and capturing, etc., as well as to assist HR staff with diary management, travel arrangements, typing and general assistance.
