Human Resources Job description -Supporting the human resource function in line with the laid down procedures and policies -Arranging for submission of all recruitment documents to ensure compliance with county assembly policies and procedures -Liaising with the insurance provider to ensure that all employees are insured as per the laid down policies -Assisting in the implementation of human resource policies and procedures -Assisting in coordinating recruitment process and prepare employment contracts on the strength of a thorough knowledge and understanding of Kenya labor laws -Coordinating all training activities -Preparing management circulations and HR letters to ensure effective communication to the staff Education level diploma Study area HR Candidate description -Membership with the Institute of Human Resources Management (IHRM) -Minimum of 3 years relevant experience -Thorough understanding of Human Resources Management policies, regulations and employee relations, understanding labour laws and other statutes that impact on human resource -Good administration, organization, and analytical skills -Interpersonal and human resource management skills -Good written and verbal communication skills -Ability to multi-task, motivate and lead others Applications to be sent to [email protected] before 2 sep 13
