Human Rights Watch accuses Uhuru and Ruto of using state resources to influence their #ICC cases. “[T]he government of President Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy, William Ruto, has used its narrow electoral victory – 50.07 percent of the vote, barely avoiding a runoff – to deploy all the resources of the state toward stopping their prosecution by the International Criminal Court,” claims the group in its ‘World Report 2014’.
