Human Rights Watch produced a short report on the state of trial of war criminals in Bangladesh with observations on the process. When a group of concerned Bangladeshi people approached them with a memorandum criticising their findings and their general approach, they REFUSED to receive the memorandum on the grounds that "there is no one in the office at the moment to deal with the memorandum / query."
