Human life is sacred to God. He alone is the creator of all things including human life. Scripture even tells us that we are created in the image of God. But yet, in the world of today, man seems to feel that although we arent the creator of life, we can choose to selectively put our own values on life and in turn, eliminate life in certain circumstances. Placing value on life starts at home. Nowadays kids value shoes, cars, money, and video games for more then human life. We must ask ourselves, what is being taught in the homes?... This weekend must make us self reflect yet again about how the young have such little regard for human life. We must at some point step up and respond to our perishing nation as a people. Not as a black people, not as a white people, but as a concerned people. The word of God puts it this way Rescue the perishing; don’t hesitate to step in and help. If you say, “Hey, that’s none of my business,” will that get you off the hook? Someone is watching you closely, you know—Someone not impressed with weak excuses and thats our Lord and Savior. Pro 24:11-12 Mood: Dont wait til it hits your street...Kids need us now!!!
