Humanitarian crisis at our southern border regarding the arrival of unprecedented numbers of unaccompanied children from Central and Latin America - unnecessary immigration crisis which is a direct result of President Obama’s failed foreign and immigration policies and his broken promises. He knew or could have known that the current Republican controlled Congress would never give amnesty to 11 million mainly democratic oriented voters, but he decided anyway to deliberately violate the US Constitution with executive orders and use these impoverished families as pawns in his political games in Washington against republicans. Problem only comprehensive immigration reform can solve, but it must be a result of a grand political and budget compromise for which neither President Obama nor Democrats are ready. In the meantime the crisis grows. The United States is providing almost $130 million in ongoing bilateral assistance to El Salvador, Honduras and Guatemala for a variety of programs related to health, education, climate change, economic growth, military cooperation and democracy assistance, but none of this will help and the money is wasted if Democrats and President Obama continue with their childish political games and broken promises.
