Gave his first concert at 11 and has been giving concerts for the last 20 years. .. Accompanied leading musicians like TVG, Sangeetha Kalanidhi Sri T K Govinda Rao, Sangeetha Kalanidhi Sri Nedanuri Krishnamurthy, Professor Ramarathnam, etc. Sri B.S. Raghunandan - Ghatam. - Initial training under Vid PG Lakshminarayana of Mysore. Then he learnt under Vid. Bangalore V Praveen and currently pursues advanced training under Vid. HS Sudheendra.. - Has played Upa Pakka Vadhyam alongside many leading mridangam artists. - Has played for both senior and upcoming artists. Anandi Centre for Music. Guided by Smt Vijaya Murthy, her son Karthik Sampige and Smt Mangala Karthik, have been teaching classical music for years. Presently this centre has 40 students and prepares students for music exams also.
