Dona Tumacder-Esteban - Yin Yoga Dona fondly calls herself a shadow worker because she helps you shine your light in your dark spaces and shadows and embrace the truth of who you are. She will challenge perspective, show you different ways of inhabiting one’s body, and help you playfully explore philosophy and wisdom traditions of Christianity, Yoga, and Taoism through mindful embodiment. Dona’s work as a yoga therapist and teacher, workplace spirituality facilitator, women’s health advocate and integrative wellbeing and nutrition counselor centers on helping people achieve balance and harmony not by merely staying in the middle but by learning to embrace and skillfully navigate the oscillation between yin and yang.
