Hummmm I ordered my Fitbit surge from an online retailer claiming to send it out the day before the release so I would receive it on the day of release. Sounds fine so I did not pre-order from Fitbit. Now the the surge is released (and I cant wait to try it out of course) and they tell me I have to wait till February because they receive their shipment on January 31st. I hate it when companies dont deliver what they promise. Delivery on the day of release is not delivery 2 weeks later. Ok its just a watch but still #surge #fitbit +Fitbit Europe
