Hung Curd Icing. (Talk of being hung on hung curd :p ) Hey ! I tried to make icing with hung curd. I use hung curd , in the cream cheese frosting , I make for my red velvet . But that has whipped cream. Here I have omitted cream. This is just hung curd , with icing sugar , and vanilla essence. Used piping tips 1M 2D Even after 24 hours in the refrigerator , the icing retained its shape. This is what I did. Hung the curd for 24 hrs. Then in 100 gms of hung curd Beat about 1/4 th cup of confectioners sugar and A couple of drops of essence. I think this is terrific for cup cakes. Keep chilled . Havent tried adding colour yet. Next time will ice proper cup cakes, and post. Was really excited that it held its shape . Suggest some of you try icing with a small amount.
