I AM PROUD OF THE PHILIPPINES and to my FELLOW FILIPINOS. BUT, SHALL I BE PROUD OF THE PHILIPPINE GOVERNMENT? It is fine to say that this is not the time to blame the government. My question is, When is the time to blame the government? Shall we blame the victims who were not protected during the typhoon? Shall we blame the dead bodies mixed-up in the mass grave for what have happened to them? Of course not. The coming and the result of the typhoon may not be the fault of the government. That is clear. BUT, what are their faults that aggravated the situation? Most of the PHILIPPINE GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS are busy in the senate saving their asses, creating lies and harboring their evil spirits. It is so embarrassing for me to watch on TV and see that the foreign aids are the first ones to arrive to help the victims. Yes, PHILIPPINE GOVERNMENT is trying to help. How? The first major embarrassing act of the PRESIDENT, WALKING OUT FROM THE SITUATION. No matter what his reasons are from walking out, it does not matter at all. He should have set aside his disappointments. PHILIPPINE GOVERNMENT is absolutely broken. From this situation, that is proven. Where are the systems from the different sectors of PHILIPPINE GOVERNMENT? Please DO NOT ANSWER BY SAYING THIS - We prepared for this but we did not anticipate this would be worst. We are now making a protocol, a system, a plan for this kind of unexpected calamity. - SHUT UP!!! Stop fooling the people with your words. DONT YOU FEEL SO ASHAMED TO THE FILIPINO PEOPLE and WITH THE REST OF THE WORLD - seeing how ROTTEN this GOVERNMENT is. DONT SAY SORRY - cos WE DO NOT NEED YOUR SORRY. WHAT FILIPINO PEOPLE NEED IS A GOVERNMENT WHO WILL PROTECT ITS PEOPLE FROM ALL OF THESE. WE ARE TIRED BEING CHEATED, BEING STOLEN, BEING UNLOVED, BEING UNPROTECTED, BEING ABANDONED, BEING FOOLED AND BEING UNEDUCATED. For many years, from the time we have gained our independence, STILL A LOT OF US ARE BEING DEPRIVED THAT NO MATTER HOW MUCH FILIPINO WORK HARD AND PAY THEIR TAXES, we still suffer from the insufficiency of the government. When was PHILIPPINE GOVERNMENT established? Was it just yesterday? Come on. PHILIPPINE GOVERNMENT has been operating for more than a hundred years, we were once THE TIGER OF ASIA, but look at us, in just a struck of a typhoon, thousands of us were lost. PHILIPPINE GOVERNMENT poorly responds to this situation. WE ARE JUST LUCKY THAT THE WORLD LOVES US, THANK YOU TO OUR FELLOWS and FOREIGN BOTHERS AND SISTERS WHO LEND THEIR HANDS. BUT, until when are we going to depend for the help of others? When can the government stand for its people with PURE LOVE AND COMPASSION, WITH AT LEAST LESSER LIES? I know a lot will disagree with me, and they will tell, DO NOT ASK YOUR COUNTRY WHAT IT CAN DO FOR YOU, BUT ASK YOURSELF WHAT YOU CAN DO FOR YOUR COUNTRY. I agree with the thought of the saying. BUT, analyze the situation. Whose responsibility is it to keep its people safe, loved and progressive. - IT IS THE COUNTRY BOTH ITS GOVERNMENT AND THE PEOPLE THEMSELVES, BUT, MAINLY THE GOVERNMENT, FOR WE, THE PEOPLE, HAVE ENTRUSTED YOU THE AUTHORITY, POWER AND THE RESOURCES. This letter is made for the purpose of stimulating the comatose conscience of ALL THE PHILIPPINE GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS and for them TO BUILD A REAL LOVING GOVERNMENT WHICH IS SELFLESS FOR THE BETTERMENT OF EVERY FILIPINO CITIZEN AS WELL TO PREVENT THE COMPLICATIONS FROM REOCCURRING. - FROM THE FILIPINO CITIZENS
