Memorandum To: All Associates From: Jeff White, Food and Beverage Director Date: Thursday, September 04, 2014 Subject: Andrea Bravo – Director of Outlets It gives me great pleasure to to announce the promotion of Andrea Bravo to the position of Director of Outlets at the Omni Tucson National Resort effective September 4, 2014. Andrea joined the Omni family with the opening team at Bob’s Steak & Chop House in December of 2008 as a server. Andrea quickly displayed the leadership necessary grow in the organization and was promoted to Manager of Bob’s Steak & Chop House in May of 2012. Under her leadership Bob’s has enjoyed much success and garnered many awards while maintaining the high standards and consistency Bob’s requires. Andrea is a graduate of Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. Her work ethic, desire and dedication to Omni and the Omni Culture will serve her well into the future. As Director of Outlets, Andrea will oversee The Fiesta Room, Legends Bar & Grill, Sweetwater Terrace and In Room Dining. She will also have an active role in the recruitment and training of her replacement in Bob’s as well as continued influence over the day to day operations.
