I CRY UNTO THE LORD JESUS CHRIST (GOD ALMIGHTY) & HE SAVES ME EVERY TIME; I WILL NOT BE UNGRATEFUL! I WILL GIVE HIM THANKS & PRAISE FROM EVERLASTING TO EVERLASTING!!! “I cried out to the Lord because of my affliction, And He answered me. “When my soul fainted within me, I remembered the Lord; And my prayer went up to You, Into Your holy temple. “Those who regard worthless idols Forsake their own Mercy. But I will sacrifice to You With the voice of thanksgiving; I will pay what I have vowed. Salvation is of the Lord.” Jonah 2: 1,7-9 NKJV In the life of a believer, very often, he experiences affliction, as in many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord Delivers him from them all! Often my heart & my strength fail; but God is the Strength of my heart/life forever! When am feint with/in affliction, I remember You & cry out unto You & You Answer me! I make vows to You & I must keep my vows! Help me o Lord to keep my vows which I made to You whilst afflicted; especially when You Have Saved me! Oh Lord, I am so grateful for all You Have Done for me! Thank You Jesus!!! Then he (the jailer) called for a light, ran in, and fell down trembling before Paul and Silas. 30 And he brought them out and said, “Sirs, what must I do to be saved?” So they said, “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved, you and your household.” Then they spoke the word of the Lord to him and to all who were in his house. 33 And he took them the same hour of the night and washed their stripes. And immediately he and all his family were baptized. Now when he had brought them into his house, he set food before them; and he rejoiced, having believed in God with all his household. Acts 16:29-34 What caused the jailer to fall down trembling before Paul & Silas? He has just experienced the supernatural! He wanted to kill himself because he thought the prisoners had escaped & knew his life wouldnt be worth anything when his superiors heard! He was encouraged not to do that by the prisoners who although the earthquake broke their chains and threw open the gates, they didnt even try to escape! He wanted to be saved because he knew why they were in prison! Pauls life was full with testimonies and the Power of God was with him daily! Lord I pray for my family & I & for believers all over the world to be rich in testimonies and that Your Power is made manifest in their lives every day in Jesus Name. Amen!!! The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon Me, Because the LORD has anointed Me To preach good tidings to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, To proclaim liberty to the captives, And the opening of the prison to those who are bound; To proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD, And the day of vengeance of our God; To comfort all who mourn, To console those who mourn in Zion, To give them beauty for ashes, The oil of joy for mourning, The garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; That they may be called trees of righteousness, The planting of the LORD, that He may be glorified. Isaiah 61:-13 NKJV A declaration of the anointing of the Lord our God & the bane of His Ministry! The effectiveness is this ministry is such that those mourning are comforted, ashes are exchanged for beauty, the oil of joy replaces mourning, the spirit of heaviness is replaced by a garment of praise (indicating the joy of the Lord)! The afflicted & lowly as a result get new names: trees of righteousness, the planting of the Lord; all so God is Glorified! Oh, thank You Lord Jesus! May this be my experience o Lord in all of my troubles in Jesus Name. Amen!!! (12) Blessed is the man who endures temptation; for when he has been approved, he will receive the crown of life which the Lord has promised to those who love Him. James 1:12 Endure temptation o believer & dont be discouraged; for there is a price - the crown of life that will never fade away, which the Lord Promised to those who love Him (evidenced by their obedience to His Word)!
