I HATE ELECTION COMMISSIONER !!! For the 1st time in my life FIR has been filed against me. I ignored intelligence messages about Mahayajna. I deliberately concealed the knowledge of provocative sloganeering. I conspired with VHP to plot and allowed reprisal killings. I supported Bandh call of VHP. I allowed illegal postmortems in the railway yard. I gave enough time for revenge to VHP and RSS. I handed over the dead bodies to Jaideep Patel for procession. I allowed them to vent their anger. I prevented imposing curfew and allowed the mob to gather in Civil Hospital. I pretended verbally that I am calling Army but did not call. 14 out of 25 districts were allowed to burn, gave punitive punishment to police officers in 11 districts where violence was controlled. I allowed violence to continue until may 2002. Partisan prosecutors belonging to RSS and VHP appointed to deny justice. I personally made inflammatory hate speeches. I destroyed crucial documents including wireless intercepted messages, Vehicle Logs, Police Control Room Records before ATS came for investigation. I ordered fake encounters, I snooped and illegally tapped phones, I sent the killer of Haren Pandya to Pakistan. I gave land at throw-away prices to industrialists, I destroyed the environment... BUT NO FIR WAS EVER FILED AGAINST ME !!!
