I HATE RAIN The sun yet to smile The moon gone to sleep Silence fills up the room But I still hear the beats Nothing but of my heart The alert starts with a ring And my heart just sings Like a feather I rise Only I know there is no price I wait …wait and just wait With joys that knew no bounds Crazy I may sound But that is the fact I have found The dream of walking with you In the wetness of the rain I hold your hand Till I make you believe “Oh, she is mine” The second ring wakes up my dream I hear nothing but you saying “Yes, it’s the rain” But why was the pain? The rejection in the voice The tears in the eyes My heart cries out loud Is it because of the rain? I see u drifting away from me Your voice far and low You came to me just a second ago But never reached me I longed for those wishes Your tight hugs and warm lips I loved all your silly things I liked the way you teased my nose and hair Deep inside I know you always care Everything were missed this morning My eyes soared as the rain wets the lonely road I called out your name But you never came As I listen to the pouring rain I asked myself, do I love it? No, it’s a pain and I hate rain!
