It seems that bcac was in such a hurry to kill patch that they forgot detail. The biggest enemy of a guilty person when committing an offense. Regardless of what happened i do know that we must be informed of events such as killing our dogs, otherwise how can we prevent the following. Code enforcement shockingly upheld Carol Treftz classification of patch as a DD. I mean the only i witness said when shown a picture of patch that he was NOT the dog that killed hers. I then appealed to the next level where the judge inexplicitly affirmed the decision stating that I HAD RECEIVED PROCEDURAL DUE PROCESS, rather than me type it out just look up the definition and tell me what the heck it has to do with weather or not Patch was dangerous. NOW COMES THE SCREW UP OF THE YEAR! I do know that an owner has the right to appeal his case as far as it can go, and so does every one else. Only the courts can tell us when something can not be appealed, NOT PAULA HUNT OR BCAC! But she said to me right after I told her I had sent a letter to the Supreme court and waiting for an appeals date or decision about the request. She responded with YELP, YOU CANT DO THAT! YOU CANT APPEAL MORE, . But you see I can! Also I should be afforded a communication of the date my dog would be put down, but that never happened. and now for moment of mistake: Paula told me i had 14 days beginning with the judge signing the affirmation letter, which was on April 1st. Wrong, how is a person supposed to keep track of his dogs last days when he does not know when they begin, I did not know about any signature. The letter arrived to me on April 4th Friday. I have the envelope and it was in Pensacola On April 2 at 11pm. So you see, A worst case scenario is counting the days starting with the 4th to the 17th which means she killed my dog on the 14th day which would not end till 12 midnight, and the most likely scenario would be counting from the 4th by beginning the way all the rest of the world does by saying , 5th 6th 7th 8th 9th 10th 11th 12th 13th 14th 15th 16th 17th.= 13th day. If she chooses to count the fourth as a day then she must count the 17th as a whole day. Either way, she killed patch early, with negligence and malice. Why? How do people without a soul make it thru life. My charges are pending!! feeling very sad again, maybe this will soon come to an end, with all the people involved in the death of both my dogs being made to be accountable for the meanness and the evil they have within them.
