I LOVE my Pampered Chef Large Bar Pan! I made bacon this morning in the oven in 30 minutes at 400. No bacon grease splatter mess to clean up! This is my most used stone! I bake cookies on it, fried chicken (again no grease splatter or sore back from standing there frying) sheet cake, homemade French fries, Pizza. The sky is the limit! If you dont have a stone yet I think this should be your first :-)
