I LOVE new beginnings. Im sad Christmas is over, but eager to tackle more lofty goals this year! And unlike last year, I have a plan in place to achieve them! My husband Ben Flint - Comedian and I have worked together to put plans in place to accomplish the things that are most important to us: family time, FLF events, BDF Comedy events, date nights, daddy-daughter dates, staycations (where one of us gets away from everything for 24 hours). I also have a couple new projects Im working on, in addition to planning a return to the competition stage. NONE of that will happen if we arent intentional with our time and resources. We are doing everything within our power to set ourselves up for success. We purchased a one-year at a glance calendar to write down dates for EVERYTHING (in pencil, so we can move them if needed), and I also purchased a really great planner to keep me on track. Ive ordered all the supplements from Bodybuilding that I will need to get through January so I wont have to order again until later in the month for February. Were setting up our personal and business budgets to plan for the things that MUST be paid so well know what we have left to work with. Those are just a few of the things were doing. This was a really stressful year, and we want to be more proactive next year so we can make the most of it! Most of our stress was good stress with the birth of our son and both of our businesses growing, but we know we can plan better in the future to feel like were more on top of things! Are you pushing yourself this new year? What are YOUR goals? And how do you plan to accomplish them? (Links to the calendar and planner I purchased are in the comments below.)
