I Love this! Ive known Allie Smith Figure for a few years now and I couldnt be more proud of the accomplishments shes made in just a few years. But, what I love the most is her mind set from when she first started. This is proof to all of you that you CAN NOT use only the scale to judge your progress. Your scale will not tell you how much muscle you have. Your scale will not tell you how much water you are holding. Your scale will not tell you whether you look good or not. The scale only shows you how much you weigh. And why would you determine your entire day off of what you weigh? Focus on not only feeling healthier, but also focus on looking better. Because your scale wont tell you that either. Do you think Allies scale told her she was better back in 2010? Or does Allie scale mention that she looks better now? You be the judge. Because in 4 short years, Allie is now 15 lbs heavier and she is happier and healthier than she ever has been. Awesome job Allie!! You look amazing girl!!
