I NEED HELP.. My Best Friend(growing up) Joe is mentally disabled, Just lost his father is now all alone in the house, On Very Low income, barely able to take care of himself. A Tree fell in Snowvember smashing the Garage roof totally. City of Buffalo Building Inspector Bob Barrali happened by & gave Joe til Feb 8th to get the tree removed and the garage roof rebuilt (or Garage Removed). If not, Joe winds up in court and the city will levy a fine that can not be paid and take the only home he knows and grew up in.How do I get Joe Free help to get the tree cut off the roof (probably a few cords of oak) and get the Roof repaired to the satisfaction of the Building inspector that doesnt care about Joes Disability ?
