I NEED WORKOUT ADVICE! I do not need to lose weight, as apparently I am barely the normal weight.. But I have chicken arms and a fat stomach! How do I get rid of belly fat while not compromising my weight, which is 160? (Apparently 155-180 is normal for my height.) Also, I have minor man-boobs... How do I rid of this? What should I eat/drink, what workouts should I do? I have cut my soda in half and am drinking protein shakes twice a day.
