Anybody have any experience with vitamin b6 for kids with autism? Kyles epilepsy doc, his pediatric neurologist recommended it...less for seizures, more for behavior. He said theyve seen some success in their ASD patients. 100mg once a day... Anyone else try? Any side effects I should worry about? Nausea, diarrhea, constipation? I just gave him one and I took one to see if I feel anything...good or bad... Some things Ive read online say that b6 and magnesium should be given together....dont give one without the other...but our doc only mentioned b6 Thoughts?
