T-Mobile 700MHz LTE signal (Band 12) spotted in Detroit A screenshot of a Samsung Galaxy Note 4 in Service Mode, taken by a T-Mobile customer, shows that the phablet is connected to LTE Band 12 (700MHz) in Detroit. T-Mobile has been adding 700MHz spectrum in some markets, some of it purchased from Verizon earlier this year. Earlier this month, LTE Band 12 was spotted by T-Mobile users operating in Long Island and in Houston. According to the Service Mode, the T-Mobile pipeline on LTE Band 12 has a 5MHz x 5MHz bandwidth.
